Custom Orders:
We are very open to talk with you and try to develop that perfect piece you are looking for. We welcome people to come visit us at our small office (by appointment only) and look at our materials.
As mentioned our pieces are one-of-a-kind or limited run, but we are happy to create a custom piece based on an item you have seen on the site. All you need to do is drop us a line!
Payment:
Numero Seis only accepts PayPal for payment.
Shipping:
-Each item will be ship within 2 to 3 days of your order. Items are shipped via Canada Post; please note that international orders may take up to two weeks to arrive.
-We use recycled packaging materials when possible, and encourage you to re-use our packaging as well.
-Sorry people, we are not responsible for any customs fees you may be charged.
-If you would like to pay for a private carrier (DHL, Fed Ex, UPS) and receive your item faster please contact us directly.
- Please double check that your address is correct on your PayPal account. We are not responsible for shipping to a wrong address if it wasn't listed properly.
Torontonians
If you live in Toronto and would rather pick up your item(s), please contact us and we can arrange a meet-greet-pick-up.
Refunds and Exchanges
As a general rule, we will not process refunds or exchanges, but your happiness is very important. Please contact us with any concerns, we will try our best to turn that frown upside-down.

Each item comes in a custom Numero Seis linen pouch!
If you would like to send an item directly to someone as a gift please let us know as we would be happy to include a custom note for you.
